China Approves New Regulations, Releases New Drafts and Standards
On February 13, 2014, the Chinese State Council approved a revised Medical Devices Regulations, which was first adopted in 2000. This was updated on March 24, 2014, expanding the definition of medical devices to be more inclusive.
