Duties:
This committee shall consider, advise, and make recommendations to the Council on all matters of particular concern to those members of the corporation who are primarily interested in the manufacture of biomaterials.
Composition:
The number of members of the Industrial Affairs Committee shall be at least five, but no more than are necessary to accomplish the goals of the committee, with the Chairperson being appointed annually by the President.
